Those files which have just been saved are sent to the signature phase. When ALL files in the folder have been signed, they will be automatically sent to the signature phase. When opening the folder, the form and the associated documentation will be displayed.
The signer's actions determine the next phase for the documents:
30 – Rejected. Those documents the signer's has reject to sign are sent to this phase.
90 – Signed. When ALL documents in the folder have been signed, they will be automatically sent to the signature phase. At this point, administrators check and collect all the documents signed.
