A remodelling of the pavements and lighting of the Burjassot-Paterna Campus is to be done. For which, it is intended to generate a new paving with cobblestones in a format of 20x10x8 cm and 30x20x8 cm updating the furniture of the Campus and the surroundings of the gardens. Furthermore, new lighting will be placed in the Physics, Chemistry, Biology and Mathematics Blocks as well as in the Pharmacy and Interfaculty Classroom Buildings.

The accessibility in the pathways will be adjusted and the disabled parking spaces will be improved.

The first Stage works began on 16 June 2025 with the sidewalk outside the Jeroni Muñoz Building looking over the cemetery.

A second Stage will mark the beginning of the pavement works between the Physics, Chemistry, Biology and Mathematics Blocks, expected for July, August and September 2025. These pavements works will be done in two stages, allowing always the access to the buildings through the stars and temporary ramps created for the access of people with disabilities.

Once the pavement and lighting improvement works between the Blocks are over, work on the Central Garden of the campus and on the internal pathways of the Jeroni Muñoz Building and the Science Library will begin, planned for November, December and January.

Finishing with the execution of the perimeter lighting works of the Burjassot Campus and the Pharmacy and Classroom Building areas. Stage planned for between February and June 2026.
