  • World geopolitical situation and its economic and social impact. Special situation caused by the war in Ukraine (EP-A3).
  • Evolution of some of the main macroeconomic indicators, such as the CPI and interest rates, over the next 4 years, and their impact on the costs of public universities (EE-A1).
  • Young people’s pessimistic perception of their future employment, which, among other consequences, exacerbates the risk to their mental health (ES-A1).
  • Less commitment to gender equality values among male youth than female youth (ES-A2).
  • Lack of an effective regulatory framework to keep generative AI systems under human control (ET-A1).
  • Economic and demographic effects of climate change (MS-A1).
  • Scope of the changes required by application of the LOSU compared to the LOU/LOMLOU model (EL-A1).

  • Better positioning of distance-learning universities, especially when it comes to master's degrees (ESP-A1).
  • Percentage of STEM students in the Valencian Region above the employment percentages in sectors of high technological intensity (ESP-A2).
  • The supply of jobs in the SPUV is limited by a lack of funding and the replacement rates (ESP-A3).
  • The range of courses available in private universities in the Valencian Community is concentrated in health sciences (bachelor’s degrees) and social and legal sciences and health sciences (master's degrees) (ESP-A4).
  • Limitations of the funding deficit for SUPE when competing with universities that are better positioned in international rankings (ESP-A5).
