We present the objectives of the UV Strategic Plan linked to the Sustainable Development Goals (SDG) of the United Nations:

Update our range of official qualifications while taking into account changing needs in the field of education and the new professional profiles required by society
Strengthen our doctoral studies
Provide comprehensive guidance to students at a personal, academic and professional level
Develop and make visible a range of course offerings that meets society’s need for lifelong learning
Improve and develop innovative teaching methodologies and resources
Improve the employment prospects of UV graduates
Promote quality research and its projection in society
Improve the conditions in which UV research is carried out
Promote research with transfer potential to society. Identify the transferable knowledge of our research activity
Strengthen the policy of alliances of the UV with public and private organizations to promote and facilitate the transfer of R+D+I in its area of influence
Strengthen the culture of entrepreneurship, both individual and collective, based on conventional societal formulas or social economy, and energize the research value chain with transferability
Improve the university experience of students in terms of integral training through culture
Improve the visibility of those cultural activities and results that reinforce the prestige of the Institution
Enhance the collaboration between the UV and its environment to increase the transfer of knowledge to society
Strengthen the international dimension of our degrees
Develop multilingualism within the UV community, promoting the own language
Promote external recognition of the quality of our degrees and centers
Streamline management so that the institution's processes and digital structures adapt to the needs of users
Active search for the best possible funding for the UV to develop its mission, vision and strategic objectives
Progressive transformation of the University's infrastructures and spaces with energy efficiency purposes
Project the progressive transformation of the campuses with the purpose of improving the spaces available for teaching and research, and achieving a greater degree of humanization and comfort
Promote the sustainability of the University of Valencia and the awareness of its university community
Promote the values of healthy living and prevention
Promote the values of cooperation
Promote a model of university management based on the values of equality, sustainability, solidarity and transparency in all our activities
Mainstream gender perspective and gender equality in diversity in teaching and research
Consolidate and improve electronic administration for registration, filing and notification
Transform UV regulations, with special reference to the University’s governance model, to adapt them to the new university legislative reality in line with our university community and the values of our society
Promote understanding, peaceful coexistence and full respect for democratic values, fundamental rights and public freedoms in the university environment via the application and development of Law 3/2022, of 24 February, on university coexistence
Advance towards a responsible and transparent university by raising awareness of our activities and management on the Transparency Portal and the University of Valencia website
Adapt PTGAS to the purposes and resources of the UV
Improve the stability, career progression and working conditions of the PTGAS
