From the academic year 2021-2022, those students who have completed the degrees in Preschool or Primary School Education at the University of Valencia will receive a free C1 level certificate in Catalan issued by the Junta Qualificadora de Coneixements de Valencià (JQCV, Valencian government).

The certificate will be sent by the JQCV by email to the UV address of each student once the Faculty of Education sends the information of the graduates. No requests are needed to get it. 

In addition, all the people who have completed the 2012 curriculum of the degrees in Preschool or Primary School Education at the University of Valencia can request the validation and get the University's C1 level certificate in Catalan. The price is €27.34 euros. This certificate has exactly the same validity as the JQCV certificate.

To obtain the certificate, please go to the online office and follow the steps below:

1. Log in with your University of Valencia username to access the application form.
2. Fill in the form and in the tab "Certificate selection" choose "MAGISTERI – CERTIFICATS DE CONVALIDACIÓ DEL C1 DE VALENCIÀ".
3. In the "Certificate" field, choose the certificate you want to apply for.
4. In the "Tax" field, mark your option ("Ordinary tax" if you do not have any type of exemption).
5. Choose the method of payment and add documentation if necessary (only in cases of tax exemption that do not allow data consultation).
6. IMPORTANT: in the "End" tab, accept telematic notifications, otherwise the certificate will not be generated automatically.
7. Click on "Send", review the information that will appear in the pop-up window and click on "Accept". Follow the instructions of the payment platform.
8. Once the payment is done, you will be back to the e-Office interface, and you will have to click on "Finish and go to my personal site".
9. Go to "Academic record history".
10. In the application form of the certificate, click on the envelope with a green arrow icon that appears in the "Resol." column.
