Application for enrolment date (for the resumption of university studies)

  • Students who, for any reason (except not complying with the rules of continuance), have abandoned their studies and were not enrolled the previous year, or were enrolled but have cancelled their enrolment, can request the resumption of their studies. Once they have requested a date to enrol for the resumption of their studies, they will be placed in the same enrolment order as the rest of the students (in the order of second enrolments), and they will enrol online on the date and time scheduled. 

  • Application: Online Office: "Appointment request to re-enrol for resumption of studies"

  • Deadline: from 12 June to 12 July 2023

It will not be possible to apply for an enrolment date for the resumption of studies:

  • by the admission for students with partial official Spanish or foreign university studies, if applicable, and/or
  • through the pre-enrolment procedure.

Students who have not completed a former Spanish undergraduate degree or who have not finished their studies prior it must apply for adaptation to undergraduate studies throughs the Electronic Registry of the Universitat de València within the deadline indicated in the previous paragraph.

Students who have been enrolled in the two previous academic years and have not passed 12 credits in any of these years may not apply to resume their university studies. 

 

Admission by change of official university studies

Admission by change of official university studies (enrolling at the UV)

  • Requirements
  • Application: Online Office “Admission by change or official Spanish or foreign university studies”
  • Call for applications and documents to be submitted
  • Deadline: from 3 to 21 July 2023
  • Resolution. Applicants will be notified in September.
  • If you obtain a place, you must apply, as soon as possible, for the transfer of your academic record at your University of origin.

Students admitted by academic record transfer will be enrolled on the date and time available. ​

Academic record transfer procedure (leaving the UV)

  • Deadline: throughout the year.
  • Application through the Online Office “Academic record transfer", attaching the letter of admission from the university of destination.
  • Pay the corresponding fees for the academic record transfer. 
  • The academic record is sent to the corresponding university.

Attention: once you have been admitted, remember that between centres belonging to the Universitat de València the procedure is free of charge and you will have to apply for the transfer through the electronic register of the Universitat, attaching the relevant documentation if necessary.
