The following objectives are proposed to address issues raised in the Threats block of SWOT analysis:

• Update our range of official qualifications while taking into account changing needs in the field of education and the new professional profiles required by society (ESP-A1; ESP-A2; ESP-A3; ESP-A4).
• Strengthen our doctoral studies (ESP-A1).
• Provide comprehensive guidance to students at a personal, academic and professional level (ES-A1).
• Improve and develop innovative teaching methodologies and resources (ESP-A1; ESP-A4).
• Improve the employment prospects of UV graduates (ESP-A1; ESP-A4).
• Improve the university experience of students in terms of comprehensive education through culture (ES-A1).
• Promote the values of healthy living and prevention (ES-A1).
• Promote external recognition for the quality of our qualifications, faculties and schools (ESP-A5).
• Streamline management so that the institution’s digital processes and structures are adapted to the needs of their users (ET-A1).
• Actively seek the best possible funding for the UV to develop its Mission, Vision and Strategic Objectives (EP-A3; EE-A1; EL-A2; EL-A3).
• Improve the stability, career progression and working conditions of the PTGAS (EL-A2).
• Transform UV regulations to adapt them to the new university legislative reality in line with our university community and the values of our society (EL-A1).
