The following objectives are proposed to address issues raised in the Weaknesses block of SWOT analysis:
- Adapt PDI to the aims and resources of the UV (RP-D2).
- Improve the stability, career progression and working conditions of the PDI (RP-D2).
- Adapt PTGAS to the aims and resources of the UV (RP-D1; RP-D3).
- Improve the stability, career progression and working conditions of the PTGAS (RP-D3).
- Streamline management so that the institution’s digital processes and structures are adapted to the needs of their users (RI-D3).
- Improve the employment prospects of UV graduates (RD-D1).
- Strengthen the culture of both individual and collective entrepreneurship based on conventional companies or social economy formulas and stimulate the research value chain with transfer capacity (RD-D1).
- Promote research with the potential for transfer to society. Identify transferable knowledge from our research activity (RIT-D1; RIT-D2).
- Strengthen the UV’s policy of alliances with public and private organisations to promote and facilitate the transfer of R+D+I in our area of influence (RIT-D1).
- Promote quality research and its projection to society (RI-D1).
- Actively seek the best possible funding for the UV to develop its Mission, Vision and Strategic Objectives (RP-D1; RP-D2; RP-D3; RH-F1; RP-F1).
- Progressively transform the University’s infrastructures and spaces for the purposes of energy efficiency (RI-D1; RI-D2; RP-F1).
- Project the progressive transformation of the UV’s campuses in order to improve the spaces available for teaching and research and achieve a greater degree of humanisation and comfort (RI-D1; INF-F1).
