The UV research groups (GIUV) are regulated in the 1st chapter of the Regulation ACGUV48/2013, which explains the procedure for creating new research structures. They are basic research and organizational structures that result from the voluntary association of researchers that share objectives, facilities, resources and common lines of research. These researchers are also committed to the consolidation and stability of their activity, work in groups and the capability to achieve a sustainable funding.

The research groups included in the previously mentioned Regulation are registered in the Register of Research Structures of the Universitat de València (REIUV), managed by the Office of the Vice-principal for Research. The basic information of these organisms can be found in this website.

Description of research activity:
We are a multidisciplinary study and research group in the field of education at the Universitat de València. Although we carry out research on different topics, we have in common a critical and post-critical epistemological view of education. Taking these elements as a starting point, we have been moving towards a commitment to a different way of understanding research, clearly linked to social transformation. Cooperation, the exchange of scripts and proposals and the dialogic circle are the strategies that accompany us. Our lines of research are directed towards the initial and ongoing training of educators in various socio-educational contexts. Narrative research, experience and the educational relationship are our tools for advancing research in the fields of education, knowledge and emancipation. Academic production should free itself from an unhealthy individualistic tradition, therefore, we are committed to the creation of spaces in which to enable curating, reflection and collective creation. In this sense, the group reflects a diversity of situations and stages in research.   • Pedagogical renovation and good practices in the 0-6 Kindergarten classrooms.Design didactic strategies based on the discussion of experiential narratives.
  • A bank of tools and proposals based on pedagogical narrative..To help future teachers become aware that the practical professional knowledge of experienced teachers is an important reference in the construction of their own professional knowledge.
