The Equality Plan of the University of Valencia is the culmination of a long process towards effective equality between women and men, made possible by the work of many people, the momentum of the institution and the existence of an adequate regulatory framework. The Plan covers all dimensions of university activity, which as a field of knowledge, the transmission and dissemination of science and culture, affects their training activity, investigative, innovative and organizational.
