This Saturday, 2 April, a session of the Citizens' Convention on Mental Health will be held in Valencia, in La Nau building of the University of Valencia, a project promoted by the Commission of the Presidency of the Generalitat Valenciana and which seeks to involve society in the design of what will be the Valencian Action Plan for Mental Health, Drug Addiction and Addictive Behaviour.
The commissioner of the Presidency of the Generalitat for Mental Health, Rafael Tabarés, points out that the objectives of the project are to encourage participation and to bring together non-experts and experts in the same space so that they can reflect and contribute ideas in a deliberative process.
Rafael Tabarés is a psychiatrist and psychotherapist and Professor of Psychiatry at the University of Valencia. You can consult his extensive bibliography in the libraries of the University of Valencia. From here we join the initiative and we encourage you to participate.
You can attend the Citizens' Convention by watching the presentations via streaming, participating in the session's forum and sending a video on the importance of mental health.
