The transformative agreements signed in 2021 by CRUE and publishers Springer, Wiley, Elsevier and ACS end in December 2024 and no renewal agreement has yet been reached for the coming years. Therefore, we cannot guarantee that articles submitted in 2024 and accepted in 2025 will be eligible for free open access publication.
