Ciro LLueca

On 23 April, Book and Copyright Day, a lecture on copyright in universities will be given by Ciro LLueca at the Aula Cajal of the Faculty of Medicine of the University of Valencia.

Ciro LLueca Fonollosa, librarian and lecturer at several university centres, has been Director of the UOC's Library and Learning Resources Area (2015-2022). He currently combines the position of Vice Manager for Research and Transfer and the management of Editorial UOC with the coordination of the Libraries and Intellectual Property working group of the Spanish Federation of Archival, Library and Information Science, Documentation and Museum Societies (FESABID). He is also a member of the Advisory Board of the Yearbook of Libraries, Books and Reading of the University of Barcelona, and of the Official Association of Librarians and Documentalists of Catalonia (COBDC).

A true specialist in the field, he will give a lecture entitled "Copyright at the University: between intellectual property and Open Science". The event will be held on 23 April in the Cajal lecture hall of the Faculty of Medicine at 12.30 pm. It will also be streamed and recorded.
