Exposició Biblioteca Ciències Socials

On Tuesday, September 23 at 7:00 p.m., the Biblioteca de Ciències Socials Gregori Maians (Campus de Tarongers) will host the opening of the exhibition Les escriptures de l’aigua. A social view of the dana 29-10-2024.

Curated by Antonio Ariño, the exhibition brings together photographs by Cueto Lominchar, Ana Martínez Gorostiza, and Mario Rabasco, which document and interpret the social and human consequences of the dana (isolated depression at high levels) of October 29, 2024.

The exhibition offers a critical and sensitive perspective on the effects of this extreme weather event, while also inviting reflection on vulnerability, solidarity, and the capacity of affected communities to respond.

It will be open to visitors from September 23 to November 10, 2025 at the Biblioteca de Ciències Socials Gregori Maians.

The opening event is free of charge and open to the entire university community and the general public.
