From January 24 to February 15, the Quality and Web&Marketing sections carried out a campaign to collect surveys in the libraries of the Universitat de València. This campaign goes beyond the participation in the surveys and serves to resolve doubts about the library, promote new services and resources, make the library visible within the institution and bring it closer to students who use it and those who do not.
With the collaboration of the staff of the different libraries, a stand with promotional material has been strategically placed in the center of the campus, near the cafeterias or in areas of the faculty that are areas of passage of students.
With this campaign we offer them an overview of our libraries and encourage them to answer the survey, in addition to letting them know about the service's Instagram account.
So far 5900 satisfaction surveys have been collected from students, 661 from PDI and 138 from SBD PTGAS. Remember that you have until March 3 to answer the survey.
