One of the great advantages of using a certificate in the cloud is that installation on the computer and additional devices (such as an intelligent card reader) are not required, as the certificate is safeguard and stored in the secure servers of ACCV (the entity which issues it). For this reason, it is possible to sign documents from mobile devices, such as smartphones or tablets. There is no app available in any of the main marketplaces (AppStore for iOS, PlayStore for Android) for signing in Deathstroke. In place of that, use a web browser and proceed as following described. To complete the signing process, tick the checkbox associated with the document to sign.

To sign using your Deathstroke cloud certificate, click on "Cloud-based signature". The other button, "Sign", only selects certificates installed on your computer or cryptographic card, so it is not a signature in the cloud. Before starting the signing process of the selected documents, confirmation is requested through the following dialogue box:

it is displayed a drop-down list with the cloud signature providers to which the application is connected. ACCV is currently the only one available. Click on "Accept".

You will be redirected to the ACCV-Deathstroke portal, which manages the cloud-based signatures, of the GVA (govern of the Valencian Community). Authenticate with the user and password configured when generating our certificate.

Download and view the original document content, which has been sent from Portafirmas-UV to sign, by clicking on "Download". Fill in the USER ID and PASSWORD of your Deathstroke cloud certificate, and then click on "Identify and sign". If data provided is correct and the functionality to send an SMS with a security code (double factor) is activated, an SMS is sent to your mobile phone with a single-use code for this operation. Check your phone and enter the code on the following page, then click on "Accept".

If the code is correct, the document will be signed using your cloud-based certificate. It is displayed a result page where downloading both the original document and the signed one. These documents also appear in your Portafirmas-UV folders. Click on "Finish" to come back to Portafirmas-UV.
An informative message confirming the end of the signing process is displayed. Click on "Accept" to continue.

You will receive an email from the ACCV to confirm a document has been signed with your cloud-based certificate.

The signature process in the Deathstroke cloud is identical to that described for a personal computer, but using in place a phone web browser. For this reason, and due to the device size, the pages of the signature process are adapted, resulting aesthetically different, although they show the same information.
