The TeLL-ME (Teaching and Learning Languages in Multilingual Education) research group was established to advance applied linguistic research focused on foreign language teaching within multilingual educational settings.
TeLL-ME is grounded in two core principles: classroom-based educational research as its primary driving force, and interdisciplinary collaboration as its strategic foundation. Building on these pillars, the group carries out empirical studies that actively engage various stakeholders in the educational process¿including students, teachers, academic leaders, trainers, and other key actors¿in both secondary and higher education. The aim is to address the complex challenges faced by educators and institutions in multilingual contexts.
The group's main research areas include:
¿ Content and Language Integrated Learning (CLIL) and English as a Medium of Instruction (EMI).
¿ Innovative teaching methodologies and learning strategies.
¿ Development of communicative skills tailored to training needs and educational contexts.
¿ Language instruction for specific purposes.
¿ Integration of technological and digital tools in foreign language teaching and learning.
