We resumed the  "Sundays, to the Historical Library" initiative. Every Sunday, the Duque de Calabria Room will open for free and open visits. Adequate hygienic and sanitary measures have been taken to guarantee the safety of workers and visitors.

This visit is a magnificent opportunity to enjoy a privileged space and an exceptional collection.

In the display cabinets, we will find a careful selection of facsimiles from the valuable collection that the Historical Library keeps in its deposits: a selection of the manuscripts that the Duke of Calabria brought to Valencia from Naples, as well as some very rare incunabula and even unique in the world.

Among the incunabula is the Trobes en lahors de la Verge Maria, the first literary book printed in the Iberian Peninsula in 1474. We keep the only known copy. And also the first edition of Tirant lo Blanc by Joanot Martorell, of which only three copies are preserved in the world.

The Duque de Calabria room can be visited, freely and for free, every Sunday from 10 am to 2 pm.
