Libraries and Documentation Service has portable computers for loan that students can use to carry out work or attend classes. This service, highly valued among our users, is offered in nine libraries on the four campuses of the University.
Valencia University verified through the ICT Aid survey the need for laptops of 200 students who did not have computer equipment to adequately follow online teaching. Faced with this need, Libraries and Documentation Service immediately offered its laptops available for loan in libraries and has organized the shipment of laptops to their homes.
"Gregori Maians" Social Sciences Library, "Maria Moliner" Education Library, "Pelegrí Casanova" Health Sciences Library, Joan Reglà Humanities Library, Joan Lluís Vives Library of Psychology and Sport and “Eduard Boscà” Library of Sciences have loaned the laptops to the students and have prepared them for shipment after the configuration carried out by the Servei d'Informàtica. Laptops will be coming to students this week.
