Every year the Quality Committee of the Library and Documentation Service analyses and studies the results of the surveys and proposes specific improvements for each library and general improvements for the entire Service. This year the participation has been 5,358 students, who have valued at 4.16 (on a scale of 1 to 5) the libraries of the University of Valencia.
On the other hand, SBD professors and staff also participated in the satisfaction survey, scoring the Service from 1 to 5. With regard to teachers, 917 surveys have been collected that valued the libraries at 4.38. Finally, the participation of the PAS of the SBD has been 140 responses and a satisfaction with the job of 3.97.

On Thursday, April 22, 2021, a raffle for an iPad was held among the students who have answered the opinion and satisfaction survey with the Library and Documentation Service, with the presence of Carlos Hermenegildo Caudevilla, Vice-rector of Investigation, Victoria García Esteve, Director of the SBD, Inmaculada Colorado Lluch and Irene Balaguer Olivas, Technicians of the Unitat de Qualitat, and Cristina Tomás Martínez, Secretary of the Committee of Qualitat of the SBD.
The winner of the iPad has been Nerea Sánchez Cobo, Grau en intel·ligència i analítica de negocis student.
5 1 TB memories have also been raffled among the teachers who have answered the survey and another 5 memories among the staff of the same Library and Documentation Service.
