Every year the Quality Committee of the Library and Documentation Service analyses and studies the results of the surveys and proposes specific improvements for each library and general improvements for the whole Service.

This year, 7,357 students took part in the survey and gave a score of 4.40 (on a scale of 1 to 5) to the libraries of the Universitat de València.

On the other hand, professors, lecturers and staff of the SBD also participated in the satisfaction survey, rating the Service from 1 to 5. In the case of the teaching staff, 816 surveys were collected and they rated the libraries at 4.54. Finally, the participation of the SBD PAS has been 160 responses and a job satisfaction of 4,13.

Thursday 11 April 2024 a draw was held for an iPad among the students who answered the survey of opinion and satisfaction with the Libraries and Documentation Service, with the presence of:

- Cristina Tomás Martínez, Director of the SBD
- Irene Balaguer Oliver, Technician of the Quality Unit
- Inmaculada Colorado Lluch, Quality Unit Technician

- Carmen Lozano Aguilar, Quality Technician of the SBD
- Sara Elsa Groze, studying Pharmacy

The winner of the iPad was the student Andrea Ros Suárez from the Faculty of Geography and History.

Five boxes with solidarity products were also raffled among the teachers who answered the survey and another five boxes among the staff of the Library and Documentation Service.
