Agenda events will be created through the usual form available in the menu at the top right of the box of the agenda itself. Once generated, la Unidad Web y Márqueting (UWM) will validate them and send them to publish to the corresponding areas. 

At the same time, the UWM will share with each different centre each element that can be included as important in the agenda at the criterion of each centre. This element will be denominated as “ESD+title” in its three language versions.

When the web editor of a centre decides that an event deserves to be highlighted on the agenda of its web portal, first you have to go to the editor’s browser, point out that you are going to look for events, and then locate the one you want to highlight.

The element to be highlighted is dragged ONLY in its Valencian version up to the “Related elements” box of the agenda component, and the order it has to occupy in the publication will be assigned by percentage. On the other hand, it is necessary to take into account the general criteria for the publication of events, such as, for example, sending them at least 48 hours before the start of the event.
