Activities Promotion

TiquetingUV is the support application of the Universitat de València for online user services.
This form is aimed at creating a request for the dissemination of an academic, scientific, cultural, institutional and/or sports activity (conferences, exhibitions, competitions, meeting, etc.) among the different groups of the university community, using all the UV communication tools.

Users of Tiqueting have to log in with their UV email username and password and fill in the fields with as much information as possible. For this purpose, users have the possibility to upload all kinds of files. An application form has to be filled in for each activity.

In this option of the TiquetingUV application for the promotion of activities, the user has to fill in as many of the form’s fields as possible, information that will help to identify the most appropriate communicative actions for the dissemination of the proposed activity. Among these fields, in addition to the name, priority, dates and description of the activity, the specific target audience must be indicated (teaching and research staff, research staff, students, graduates, external public, etc.). It is advisable to attach as many complementary files as possible, such as images and pdfs with posters, programmes, etc., and to inform if an entry has been created in the AgendaUV, a separate request for the publication of events in the UV corporate agendas, which has its own form. Other important data to enter to better identify possible dissemination actions are whether there are previous news items about the activity published in UVNews or other corporate portal, if there is a registration period for the activity, or if there is any kind of promotional material online of the activity to be disseminated. 

It will also help to define the dissemination actions to know if there is content about the activity on the corporate website of the UV structure proposing the promotional action. 

Every piece of information is important in designing a promotional campaign, which is why the application form is so meticulous in requesting information such as whether there are sponsors, or whether images and videos are available. It is important to fill in as many fields as possible in the application form to ensure effective dissemination of the activity. 

Finally, it should be remembered that this tool, like all the request options available in TiquetingUV, records the interactions between the applicant and the team that answered the request for a better control of the quality of the service. In addition, it serves to confirm the number of tickets resolved over time.
