Another goal of this Charter is to contribute to institutional improvement taking an approach oriented to management processes; the needs and expectations of users are taken into account to improve the rendered services.
Both goals allow a better delivery of services and a better perception of our users; thus we aim to contribute to the continuous improvement of the University of Valencia
