The Service Charter of the Communication and Marketing Service is a result of our focus on meeting the needs of our users. The objective of this charter is to inform users about the following aspects:

The services we offer.

The quality commitments we undertake in their delivery.

The indicators we will use to measure the degree of achievement of these commitments.

The rights and duties of users when using our services.

The mechanisms for user collaboration and participation in improving our services.
The other objective of this Charter is to contribute to institutional improvement through a process-oriented management approach, taking into account the needs and expectations of users to enhance the delivery of the services offered. Both objectives enable a more appropriate provision of the services we manage and a better perception by our users; in this way, we aim to contribute to the continuous improvement of the Universitat de València.
