The request for support to the editors of the web portals of the Research Institutes and Interdisciplinary Research Structures (ERI for its acronym in Valencian) is made in the usual way, with the exception that assistance to these websites is restricted to problems of editing and web structure, translation of already published texts, graphic design and modification of agenda events. Other types of support, such as the generation of news and other content, or the creation of new websites, would be excluded.

Apart from this, to request assistance from the Web and Marketing Unit (UWM), this is done the usual way, i.e. by logging on to www.uv.es/suport, where you need to identify yourself with your username and password.

Once inside the application, you have to select the option according to your need for support, and once you have filled in the fields, click on the "create" option. At this point the request for support will have been made and it will only be necessary to wait for a response from UWM or, where appropriate, request further information from the submitter.
