TiquetingUV is the Universitat de València's support application for online user services.
This tool is very functional because it includes a wide range of areas and types of requests and allows you to add descriptions and comments on the problems to be solved by the UV entities.
People using Tiqueting must authenticate with their UV username and password and choose the type of support they want. You can add all types of files to specify the requests. Once the fields are filled in, the request is sent to the team that has to resolve it.
The interactions between the person who fills in the form and the team that responds to it are recorded for a better control of the quality of the service to be provided. Moreover, it serves to accredit the number of tickets resolved in time.
