The Facultat de Filologia, Traducció i Comunicació is currently taking part in the certification process for the Internal Quality Assurance System (SAIC), a preliminary step before applying for the institutional accreditation of the centre.

The University of Valencia will receive a visit from the External Evaluation Committee which, for the first time, it’s going to examine the quality system for its certification. The committee, appointed by the Agència Valenciana d’Avaluació i Prospectiva (AVAP), is composed of specialists from various Spanish universities.

During the visit, the evaluation team will meet with the different groups involved in the centre’s operation and in the development of the academic programmes offered: students, teaching staff, management teams, the centre’s quality committee, employers, and graduates. In addition, a public hearing has been scheduled for 16 December at 6 p.m. in the Enric Valor Lecture Hall, open to anyone interested who has not previously taken part in the interviews and wishes to share their views on the management and operation of the centre related to the degrees offered.
