Units can communicate and transfer electronic documentation to each other.
Citizens can contact units through general or internal applications.
Units will be able to decide through which channels they want to receive these communications.
New types of messages appear based on their origin:
The management of incoming records through PERS2UNIT and GENERAL APPLICATION requests will be carried out from VALIJA.
Management from TRAMITEM is impossible due to the large number of managers who can receive applications. Any functional UV unit is a possible recipient. Therefore, any PAS, PDI or PI member is a potential manager user.
There’s an ENTREU request turning into a message in general or internal applications (electronic record).
The access from VALIJA’s message to the electronic record associated with the initial request was enabled.
Access works the same way as management tasks in TRAMITEM.
VALIJA is in charge of the record’s access security. The user manager of the message will only be able to access from the same associated record and carry out any action made in TRAMITEM, except for navigation to other records.
Once in the record, the manager can carry out the same actions made in TRAMITEM:
Passing onto the next phase.
Getting in touch with citizens by generating signed or unsigned notifications.
Checking the record’s history.
Attaching management reports.
Generating documents signed by one or more authorised individuals.
Accessing any record document.
The UV adds two general electronic procedures to the ONLINE OFFICE (ENTREU). These procedures contain basic phases of any procedure: START, INSTRUCTION AND COMPLETION.
In principle they are not going to consider electronic payment, connection to web services of other bodies, nor validations through UV databases (only the belonging or exclusion from the collective of people linked to the university in cases of internal applications).
