The form is accessible from the record and it’s even possible to carry out modifications (original data can’t be edited).

The applicant must determine the destination unit to which it wants to send the request. There are two ways to do so: 

If the applicant knows name type to which the destination unit belongs, the applicant will fill out the data based on two value lists:

Now, the applicant will have to select the procedure it wants to carry out (circuits list or management groups defined by the own Unit in order for them to appear on the general application):

Based on the group’s definition, the message will arrive:

Initially to the Registry Office in charge of checking and redirecting it to the corresponding unit.

Directly to the destination group or Unit marked in the request.

The system recovers data from the electronic certificate or the user e-mail utilized for authentication and it allows to fill out address and / or academic data and observations in case of students.

The validation consequently allows to obtain two results which enable different actions:

If the recipient verification is positive, that is, if the request indicates an adequate recipient, it’s not redirected to any other unit or group inside the same unit.

If the recipient verification is negative: there’s not enough data to determine the destination unit with guarantees. In this case, the unit will be able to address a notification to the applicant via Online Office in order to further clarify the destination.

Once the applicant responds to the notification, a notice will be sent to the manager so that the applicant can read the answer and act according to its content by redirecting the message to the appropriate unit.

If the verification determines that it’s clearly incorrect and the unit knows the correct destination. It COMPLETELY redirects the message to the new unit.
