The emails sent from an email account of the Universitat de València, from the type user@uv.es, essentially aim to serve the purposes of the institution. By default, its content is considered confidential and, unless its nature requires it, its reproduction or distribution without express authorisation is not allowed.
Please be informed that, with the exclusive purpose of properly carrying out the attention service for our users, the content of the sent emails could be visible by university staff different to the addressee if you send an email to an institutional account, if you address our staff or if you respond to our emails in the framework of administrative activities, academic management or any public function related to the activity of the Universitat. Therefore, we recommend to avoid sending personal, private –or similar– data, being exclusive responsibility of the sender of the private data.
Additionally, sending emails to email accounts of the Universitat de València is subjected to our conditions of use and our privacy policies. Any use contrary to our conditions and policies, particularly the improper disclosure of confidential content, the unauthorised collection of data or spamming are likely to engender responsibility to the offender and to be brought to the attention of the administrative or legal authorities .
