3rd Library and Documentation Service Charter has been approved this year.

Library and Documentation Service of the University of Valencia has a new Service Charter. This is a fundamental tool both for services improvement and work organization.

Service Charter Commission, made up of staff from all UV libraries, has reviewed and analyzed the commitments and indicators assumed in the previous letter with the aim of adapting it to the current situation of the Service.

With the 3rd Service Charter, the Library and Documentation Service has made 17 quality commitments that will meet the expectations of our users and increase their satisfaction.
