The Open Journal System (OJS) publishing software for journals is designed to manage open publishing and offer greater visibility and connectivity with other scholarly publishing services, such as CrossRef, ORCID and DOAJ, among other advantages.
The UV publishes many magazines using this OJS system, among others Research in Education and Learning Innovation Archives (REALIA), the old @Tic, revista de innovación educativa.
REALIA was the first specific journal on educational innovation published at the UV, and it has always been committed to the open access movement. The fact that it was the first magazine published by the UV that served the OJS system is the proof.
Today there are already 48 magazines published by the UV or by related associations, hosted on the University's OJS servers
