Every year the Quality Committee of the Library and Documentation Service analyses and studies the results of the surveys and proposes specific improvements for each library and general improvements for the whole Service. This year, 5,664 students took part in the survey and gave a score of 4.36 (on a scale of 1 to 5) to the libraries of the University of Valencia.
On the other hand, professors, lecturers and staff of the SBD also participated in the satisfaction survey, rating the Service from 1 to 5. In the case of the teaching staff, 737 surveys were collected and they rated the libraries at 4.46. Finally, the participation of the SBD's administrative and service staff was 131 responses and a job satisfaction rating of 4.02.

On Tuesday 26 April 2022 an iPad was raffled among the students who answered the opinion and satisfaction survey of the Library and Documentation Service, with the presence of Carlos Hermenegildo Caudevilla, Vice-Rector for Research, Victoria García Esteve, Director of the SBD, Inmaculada Colorado Lluch and Irene Balaguer Olivas, Technicians of the Quality Unit, and Cristina Tomás Martínez, Secretary of the Quality Committee of the SBD.
The winner of the iPad was Mª Cristina Sánchez Escobar, student of the Degree in Tourism.
Five 1TB memory sticks were also raffled among the teaching staff who answered the survey and another five memory sticks among the staff of the Servei de Biblioteques i Documentació.
