Between 6 October and 2 December 2025, the Servei de Biblioteques i Documentació of the Universitat de València carried out the Suport + Indicis report campaign to support the national research assessment (sexenios), achieving a very positive outcome both in terms of the number of requests handled and its impact on the research community.
During this period, 340 personalised reports were prepared, each including a detailed analysis of 7 research contributions. This work has provided researchers with specialised support in identifying quality and impact indicators of their scientific production.
Areas with the highest demand
The areas requesting the highest number of reports this year were Health (86 reports) and Sciences (83 reports).
It is worth noting that Psychology experienced the highest proportional growth in demand, with 42 reports, consolidating an upward trend in the use of this service.
Profile of requests
Regarding applicants’ employment status, 49% of the requests came from tenured academic staff (full and associate professors), while 51% were submitted by other academic staff categories.
In terms of CNEAI evaluation fields, the most requested was Field 4 (Medicine and health specialties), with 101 reports.
Use of the Portal de Producció Científica
In parallel with the campaign, researchers made use of the Portal de Producció Científica, from which 498 reports were downloaded between October and 2 March.
