Each year, the Quality Committee of the Library and Documentation Service analyzes and studies the results of the surveys and proposes specific improvements for each library and general improvements for the entire Service.
On Thursday, April 2, 2026, a drawing for an iPad was held among the students who had answered the survey of opinion and satisfaction with the Servei de Biblioteques i Documentació, with the presence of:
- Cristina Tomás Martínez, Director of the SBD
- Irene Balaguer Oliver, Technician of the Quality Unit
- Inmaculada Colorado Lluch, Technician of the Quality Unit
- Concepción González Nieves, Secretary of the SBD Quality Committee
- María Trigo, Web and Marketing Coordinator
The winner of the iPad was Rosella Espinós Cardona, student on the PhD Programa de Doctorat En Comunicacion e Interculturalitat with draw number 1125019.
Also, 5 boxes with solidarity products have been raffled among the faculty who responded to the survey, and another 5 boxes among the staff of the Servei de Biblioteques i Documentació.
