Fire in the library. Books that set fire to the Europe of the Enlightenment

Curated by Nicolás Bas Martín, from the Department of History of Science and Documentation of the Universitat de València. The project will be articulated around a selection of books considered the bestsellers of the forbidden literature of the eighteenth century.

Exhibition Felipe Mateu i Llopis: Saving Heritage, Defending Memory

To commemorate the 25th anniversary of the death of the Valencian Felipe Mateu i Llopis, the Library is organizing an exhibition in tribute to the figure of a man deserving of the honors reserved for benefactors of the public heritage, above and beyond personal and professional risks.
