External user access to the TiquetingUV application

Anyone, whether they are connected to the Universitat de València or not, can use TiquetingUV, the online service support application. All you have to do is register and you will have an account that will allow you to make enquiries and requests regarding the academic and administrative procedures of the UV.

The first step for external users is to open the application and click on the 'Register to create an account' link. Upon clicking the link, a form will be opened where you will be prompted to enter your name, surname and email address. After completing this information, you will immediately receive two emails at the address you have provided – one to validate the email address and the other with the assigned password to log into the site.

Once the email has been validated, the account will automatically be created and you can log into the application with the username, which is the email used to create the account, and the password assigned. Once logged in with the username and password, you can select the type of support required, fill in the query or request and attach any type of file to specify the request. Once the fields have been filled in and sent, the request is sent to the corresponding team that will handle the request or enquiry.

Within the application, the user can also view the tickets created, which are listed according to their status: waiting to be attended to by UV staff, waiting for a response from the user after an initial interaction, or closed after being resolved.
