How to track my ticket

The support app of the Universitat de València for the user’s attention online, ‘TiquetingUV', is a very functional request system with a wide fan of areas and typologies of solicitudes, that allow add descriptions and observations on the problem to solve by the entities of the UV and the constant interaction between the requestor and the team who answers the petition.

The people who use TiquetingUV must identify with the email user and password of the UV or register to obtain an account if they are external personal.

The interactions between the individual filling in the form and the response team are recorded in the ticket, thus there is evidence for a major quality control of the service given.

Once a ticket if generated the interaction with the agent that will solved it, can be tracked easily though this web direction: https://tiqueting.uv.es

You can see that the URL is https://tiqueting.uv.es/mytickets. Choose the ticket that is pending and continue from the following page making comments. From this point you can also close, reopen the request and value the work of the team who solved it.
