In parallel, a design focused on the user was defined as methodology to develop the portal. By means of iterative development cycles, the processes are oriented to progressively satisfy the owners and users’ needs regarding the new web portal.

In the workflow, responsibilities are divided and a channel of agile and direct communication between the future portal’s managers and work team of the UV Web and Marketing Unit is established.
