These are the functions of the Statutes Committee:

1. To rule the modification proposals of the Statutes in accordance with the availability of the articles 244 and 245.
2. To rule compulsorily, that without binding nature the Rules, the approval of which is competence of the Senate or the Governing Council and their modification proposals.
3. To rule on any matter submitted by the principal.
