The Senate will be provided of an internal set of regulations that, according with these Statutes, will regulate, among others, the following issues:

1. Composition, functions and forms of election of the Senate bureau.
2. Regime of announcements and elaboration of the agenda.
3. Rules for quorums and interventions.
4. Presentation of proposals, conclusion of agreements, and voting scheme
5. Composition, functions and forms of election of the Electoral Commission and of the Senate Committees.
6. Advertising scheme and custody of the acts and documentation of the Senate.

For the approval and amendment of the internal regulations is required the favourable vote of the absolute majority of the Senate.
