The Library has 16 group work booths available to users, including 2 with a screen and whiteboard (Room 2D booths 13 and 14) and 14 with a whiteboard and marker pen kit.
They will be used primarily for group work and virtual tutoring or videoconferencing.

ATTENTION: Validate access to the booth with the QR code available at the loan desk and in the booth, within 15 minutes of the reserved time, after this time the reservation is automatically canceled.
Opening hours and rules of use
- Monday to Friday from 8:30 am to 8:30 pm.
- Saturdays from 9 a.m. to 1.30 p.m. (1st floor booths only + booths 13 and 14).
- Rooms must be reserved in advance through the Affluences program.
- Ask at the lending desk for a marker kit.
- Booths are not soundproofed, please keep your voice down.
- A delay of more than 15 minutes in accessing the booth will result in the loss of the reservation.
