The Library provides its users with a group work room. It is necessary to reserve the room in advance using the Affluences app. You just need an institutional email and download the free app on App Store or Google Play.
Reservations are allowed up to 7 calendar days in advance.
Room opening hours: Monday to Friday from 09:00am to 19:30pm
How do I make a reservation?
Target group: Students, administration & services staff, teaching and research staff.
Loan time: maximum 3 hours. Absence from the room for more than 30 minutes will result in the cancellation of the loan reservation.
Advance booking: 7 calendar days.
Simultaneous bookings per user: 1
Time to make the reservation effective: A courtesy 15 minutes is available before the booking is cancelled.
Rules of use

Before occupying the room, you must validate your presence at the lending desk and the staff will open the door for you.

Once you have left the room, you must notify the lending desk and the library staff will check that everything is in good condition.

A minimum of 3 people and a maximum of 8 people is considered a working group.

Smoking, eating and drinking are not allowed, except for water. The use of cell phones or playing music is not allowed.

Its use will be primarily for group work, virtual tutorials and videoconferences.

The person who reserves the room is responsible for the correct use of the room. The library reserves the right to temporarily disallow the use of the rooms to anyone who violates the rules.
