FESABID
ESABID publishes a legal opinion that confirms the legal viability of Controlled Digital Lending of digitized documents, under certain conditions.
Controlled Digital Lending of digitized documents consists of the practice of lending, under certain conditions, a digitized copy of a literary, artistic or scientific work in the institution's collection.
To facilitate the knowledge of the legal conditions that make this service viable, FESABID has published the report "Bibliotecas y límites en el contexto digital. El préstamo digital controlado el España", a work by Raquel Xalabarder, professor of Intellectual Property at the Universitat Oberta de Catalunya (UOC).
