The Library and Documentation Service has updated the Diamond journal tool. This tool identifies publications that do not charge fees for either reading or publishing in them, thereby saving researchers the cost of article processing charges (APCs). Furthermore, these journals allow for open access deposit.

The list contains over 5,000 journals, which can be searched by title and filtered by JCR, SJR and Dialnet categories, providing further information about the quartile to which they belong.

The list is available on the SBD website and can be accessed via LDAP or from the Zenodo repository (by downloading the file).
