Aldaia

The Eduard Boscà Science Library and the Gregori Maians Social Sciences Library, part of the University of Valencia's Library and Documentation Service, in collaboration with UV Cooperació, have donated and sent furniture (tables, shelves, and office furniture) to equip the Aldaia Municipal Library, which was severely affected by the floods on October 29, losing furniture, computer equipment, and 95% of its book collection. The library has been closed for eight months and will reopen after the building has been completely renovated.

This donation was coordinated through the Official Association of Librarians and Documentalists of the Valencian Community (COBDCV), which facilitated contact with the libraries to address their specific needs.
