Next Friday, 24 October, the Open Science 2025 Conference will take place as part of International Open Access Week, which is held from 20 to 26 of October and this year has the theme Who Owns Our Knowledge?

At the conference, introduced by Cristina Tomás, Director of the Library and Documentation Service, Carlos Hermenegildo, Vice-Chancellor for Research at the UV, will present the UV's Open Science Policy, approved on 7 October by the Governing Council. In addition, Beatriz Climent, Coordinator of the Open Science Commission, Joel González, Rector's Delegate for Strategic Research Actions, and Juan Pérez, Editor of the UV Publications Service, will also speak.

The conference will be held in the Assembly Hall of the Law Faculty, on Friday 24 October at 12:00 pm.
