On Wednesday, November 5, the Paraula viva project of the Social Sciences Library will feature the testimony of Ernesto Martínez, a member of the collective of families who were victims of the DANA.
Ernesto Martínez lost his sister and niece in the DANA when they were on their way to work. In his own words: "I am strong not for those who have gone, for whom we can do nothing more, we can only seek justice for them. I am strong for those who are here." In this Paraula viva session, Ernesto will share his experience and the process of transforming grief into collective action, as an example of courage and civic commitment.
