The Library Responds is the virtual service of the UV libraries in order to help, guide and resolve doubts about the services, resources and activities of the libraries.
The questions are made from any device with an internet connection through XatUV and, for specific questions or loan and card questions, with The Library Answers form.
XatUv answers through artificial intelligence 24 hours non-stop. Agents will be avaliable from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Monday to Friday and 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. Monday to Thursday.
Agents will be available 9 am. at 2 p.m. during the month of June, July and Setember. In the month of August there will be no available agents.
To access XatUV, look for the blue floating icon on University of Valencia web pages. You can make the inquiry in English, Spanish or Valencian. The robot will answer the question with links from our website. If you need more information, an online agent will answer your question.
