
Submitting an event for publication in the corporate agenda of the Universitat de València, and modifying an already published one, are two different functions that are processed by different applications, which can lead to confusion for editors.

Sometimes the Web and Marketing Unit receives tickets from the editing support application (www.uv.es/suport) requesting the publication of an agenda event, when the creation of this element has its own form independent from the editing support application.
To submit an event to be published in the corporate agenda we can access the form either through the Web and Marketing Unit portal, or from any agenda published in the UV portals, through the link available at the top right of the agenda itself, and then fill in the form with the corresponding fields according to the guidelines and protocol for publication.

A different thing is the modification, correction or deletion of an already published event, which has to be done through the ‘tiqueting’ application. You can also access this procedure through the Web and Marketing Unit portal, under the option ‘Modify an event’. In this section of the editing support application you will be able to modify or delete an event, share it with other UV portals, add attached documents, etc. However, this tool does not apply for the creation of a new event, which must be submitted as described in the previous paragraphs.
